This is a great apartment in Florence. Location is close to everything. We walked to everything. We came in/out by train. it is only 500 meters from the Florence SMN station. It is very clean and comfortable. We had 4 adult couples. Each had their own room with bath. The property i was clean and well maintained. It was the end of September and it had cooled off so we really enjoyed the courtyard. Diana was friendly and eager to assist us. Overall , a great stay in Florence. We would definitely use it again

Everything about Baobab was perfect — the stylish decor of the apartment, the amazing location a 2 minute walk from the Uffizi and the Palazzo Vecchio, as well as tons of great little bars and restaurants right in the heart of the city. The house was spotlessly clean, well stocked and the team were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process and welcomed us so warmly that we felt instantly at home.

The house was perfect! Great location, it was clean, organized with all amenities. It was a one minute walk to a square with restaurants yet was quiet. Diana was awesome, she organized taxis, answered all my questions and came to say goodbye. I would stay here any day!!! Thank you so much!!!

Amazing location and very responsive and accessible management. Diana is terrific. The gift of a mobile device for the length of stay is incredibly helpful , especially the digital walking/driving map and local/international calling... easy and free!!!

Diana’s house was wonderful. It was not too far from the station and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy to find and close to everything. Would definitely recommend

A Fantastic apartment situated less than a block off the Piazza dei Signori. Super comfortable will all the amenities you might need - extremely communicative hosts and just a generally great experience. Keep in mind that you're smack dab in the middle of the city, so bring along those earplugs for sleeping. Will definitely return!

I just love this apartment!! Location is great...and the view is AMAZING! The bed , pillows and towels are top notch! I can find no fault in this lovely apartment. That being said it is not for tall people or people that find stairs hard. There are a lot and walk up the street is difficult. But I love it!! Thanks to Diana! a great host!

This was an ideal place to stay. The private terrace has an amazing view overlooking the Arno river and the city of Florence. It was a special place to enjoy the sunset and relax with some wine. Also, its a short walk to cross the Pontevecchio bridge and to the center of town where all the main sites are close by. We had a really good lunch at a sweet wine store/restaurant just at the end our our street with tables outside overlooking the river. We walked the opposite direction from the bridge and found a band playing in a square and some very delicious, reasonably priced food. The square was crowded with locals enjoying the music and socializing. The basic needs were also 5 stars - good internet, good air-conditioning, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed. If/when we return to Florence, we would try to stay here again!

The view of both Duomo and Capelli San Lorenzo. This has to be one of the best apartments in terms of both decoration and the speaker system inside. Totally fantastic. Loved the accommodation. I would give 101 stars rating if I could. Perfect. Plus there were two air conditioners inside. I loved everything. There is no complaint at all! I loved this apartment so much...I wish that I could buy it and make it mine!

The view is even better than the pictures and the tourist vantage points. The bed was very comfortable. The AC inside was perfect after 93 degree days (and we were also comfortable on the terrace in the late afternoon/evenings because the breeze was consistently cool). The stairs were totally manageable - from other reviews we were a little nervous about that part - not a problem at all. We would go back in a heartbeat! One of the most beautiful places we’ve been. Thank you so much for hosting us. We absolutely loved every second of it. It was such a pleasure to come home there after a busy day and relax. Thank you!!

Diana is an amazing fantastic hospitable positive person! We are very delighted by her and her warmth. She generously helped us with everything, explained all the details we needed to know. What about her flat, , placed in the best part of the city, very roomy, comfortable and all inclusive. Everything starting from facilities, techniques and view from the windows are worthy to spend your days in Florence here! The only thing needed to be said is that the third floor can be little high for those who has some problems with it. But this still doesn’t make any sense while living here. In other words, we unconditionally recommend you Diana’s flat so as to stay here and enjoy your Florentine days!
