Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Wei: Quercia

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and tidy. Convenient transportation, you can walk to Piazza della Signoria , Uffizi, Basilica of Saint Mary of The Flower and even Michelangelo square. Looking forward to checking in again.

Caroline: Perfect Location

Perfect location : about 3 minutes walking to the best museums, and never more than 10 to join all the places we wanted to go! The apartment was bigger than we thought and perfectly clean. Thank you Diana for answering our questions so quickly, and see you very soon! ( airbnb)

Erica, Australia : Excellent host!

The location of this apartment is excellent, it couldn’t be more central. With the central location, there comes a little noise at night. Diana and her staff were wonderful and very reactive to our communication. Excellent host!

Gwendolyn, USA: A beautiful apartment

A beautiful apartment in the very center of Florence. Wonderful to be so close to the Uffizi and Duomo! Due to the holidays however, the noise from the street was deafening! They kindly supply earplugs. For us it was fun to be in the middle of all the festivities!

Carole, USA: We highly recommend this lovely spacious apartment!

“The apartment is in a quiet street very close to all the major sights in Florence. It is very large with lots of windows and a small patio outside that we couldn't use in the winter but it was nice to be able to look outside. There were two large spaces with pull-out sofas and a loft with a large comfortable bed. The full bath was off the kitchen, and the half bath (no toilet) was very large with plenty of closet space, a shower and double sinks. The kitchen was equipped with a few pots and pans, dishes, etc., enough to enjoy breakfast or a light lunch. We had some trouble with the electricity to run the kitchen appliances, but Diana sent someone over right away to fix everything. We would highly recommend this lovely spacious apartment, especially for a longer stay.”

Laurence: Extraordinaire

Nethaniel, Australia: STAY HERE!

This place is awesome and the location is great. Plus as an added bonus the hospitality was impeccable!

Eric: The experience in Florence was stunning

Diana and her team are simply amazing. The experience in Florence was stunning. We loved the apartment for its style, proximity, and hospitality. I hope to visit Florence again in the future and will definitely be booking with Acacia for sure when I return. - Eric

Juliet: It was an amazing 5 days in Florence

It was an amazing 5 days in Florence. The apartment was spanking clean, big and spacious as the photos show. Yes, it is definitely in a noisy part of town, but if you have earplugs that will help a bit (or lots of wine!) The apartment is in the middle of it all, a sweet little market just outside our door. Everything you need is close by. Diana has a beautifully curated Welcome book + map of the city of Florence with all the information/tips a visitor could want. We will definitely return. Thank you!

lauren: This place is absolutely adorable!

This place is absolutely adorable! The view from the terrace is so stunning I cried a bit the first time I took it all in! The bed was ridiculously comfy, the decor was beautiful, and it was in a great location (we walked everywhere easily- 5-10 minute walk to a major shopping district, 15-20 minute walk to the Florence Cathedral, 20-25 minutes to the train station). It’s definitely small overall, but was definitely doable for the 3 days we were there. The bathroom was very narrow and has a shorter angled ceiling so it causes some...creativity for taller people (my husband is 6 foot tall and just had to be careful about not bumping his head or knees) but we found we had that issue just about anywhere in Italy we stayed. We had everything we needed and made a few meals there without problem. We were also arriving late at night and they arranged a self check in which went perfectly and was easy to do. I absolutely recommend staying here anytime you’re in Florence and we would be glad to stay again if we come back!!!

Deborah: Great Location

Great location, quiet and with plenty of restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable. Great check in. We were met by Diana who very kindly helped us with our luggage up the 5 flights of stairs. She provided us with a fantastic map marked with the main attractions, restaurants and lots of other helpful information. We had one night, quite late, the hot water went out and I messaged Diana not expecting to get a response till the morning but she was very quick to respond and helped us rectify the situation, which was very much appreciated. Enjoyable stay in Florence. Thank you

Michael: Amazing place.

Amazing place. Right next to the beautiful Santa Croce church. Super quiet and super stylish. Suited us perfectly. Diana had a phone she loans to guests with google maps and calls included. Helped us so much renavigating the city. She has also created her own map of the city, with eating spots and must sees, that she gives to everyone on arrival! We tried a few of her recommendations and her taste was excellent. She also helped us with various needs we had in our stay there and all in all helped make being in Florence super easy to navigate. Highly recommend

Rob: Great location in the heart of Florence

Great location in the heart of Florence, only minutes away from the Duomo and easy walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen and living areas. Open the windows and listen to the buskers next to Basilica di San Lorenzo. Appreciated the briefing from our host with tips for enjoying the city. Really handy to the Mercato Centrale Firenze (Florence Central Market). Skip the stalls outside and go for the food - watch pasta being cooked downstairs and great food from the food court upstairs. · Steps. I know it's an old building, and the view really was worth the climb, but you need to be prepared to drag your suitcases up 87 steps. Just be aware...

Gray: A great and spacious apartment

This is a great and spacious apartment especially if you take the place requiring more than 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are large for an apartment located in an older structure the baths are not cramped but , as usually the showers are a challenge to bigger people. This is not a place for large meal prepping the kitchen is tiny compared to the rest of the place. It does not have a microwave which I would strongly recommend adding. The location is just perfect just minutes from Duomo, The Academia the Central Market Do go to Narbone for a beef sandwich and just around the corner from Jimmy's Leather my personal favorite store. All in all you can't go wrong staying here.
