Diana was a wonderful hostess. The apartment was beautiful, a real Tuscan gem! My favourite moments were on the balcony listening to the bells of all the historic churches in Florence toll. It was a truly beautiful spot, centrally located and easy to find. Diana was available and happy to help when we had questions. Her restaurant recommendations were some of our favourite meals on the trip. Highly recommend.

Relaxing - lots of space - beautiful ceiling and lots of light. Cool to come back to after the heat of the day - loved the outdoor space for sundowners and chilling. Comfy bed on the mezzanine. All the essentials we needed such as shampoo/soap/washing up liquid/seasonings for salads etc. , kitchen well equipped, showers hot and efficient. Bus 6 from station stops 50 m away and easy to get to bus for Fiesole, 5 cafes within 200 m for bread/breakfast, easy walk to Duomo and other places of interest. Loved the botanical gardens . Supermarket a little away but well supplied and relatively good opening hours. We would happily return here.

Loved everything, especially Diana being so helpful and the handyphone was very “handy”. Apartment was very spacious and well air-conditioned with great amenities, wonderful location and was a great value. Only thing that was a little bothersome was that the bed was a little harder than we preferred, but that is entirely personal.

Diana’s apartment is a fantastic base from which to explore Florence. Everywhere was within easy walking distance and the vecchio bridge is right on your doorstep. The apartment itself is fairly small but we didn’t need anything bigger as we really just used it as a base for our sightseeing. The terrace is amazing and the views are incredible- a really special touch. Diana was great at keeping in touch and her directions were helpful and easy to follow

The apartment is absolutely stunning and the perfect place to enjoy Florence. Super central, yet having a quiet bedroom on the inside part of the house. Wonderfully designed with a lot of taste, makes you really enjoy your time in your Florentine home. I can’t wait to be back!! Thank you Diana

Situata a due passi da Ponte Vecchio, percorrendo le stradelle caratteristiche di Oltrarno, ci si allontana dai rumori e dal vociare dei turisti e ci si immerge in una quiete totale, dove l'unico rumore è quello del canto degli uccellini. Adatta ad una o due persone che non abbiano troppe pretese di spazi. La casa è piccolina ma gli spazi e la luminosità sono utilizzati nel migliore dei modi e non risulta angusta. Da apprezzare la disponibilità del personale di Acacia apartment, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta o informazione. Assolutamente consigliata!

The place has a great location and amazing view, you do have to go up a 3 flights of stairs so be prepared. The kitchen was lacking a little bit in my opinion. The rest of the place was very nice. I would stay there again.

A quiet respite in the heart of Florence. I loved the vibe of the former convent and couldn’t get over how peaceful it was. Our host met us at the piazza near by as I was new to Florence and don’t speak Italian. So hospitable and responsive. Highly recommend booking this property. We stayed as a group of three for three nights.

Diana’s apartment was perfect for my week in Florence. The home was spacious and clean with everything I needed to be comfortable. The garden is wonderful and fantastic for relaxing for breakfast or after a long day walking through the city. Communication was amazing and made everything so easy for checking in and out. Position is very convenient and close to everything that Firenze has to offer. Thanks again Diana, I would highly recommend your apartment to anyone coming to visit.

Wow! What an amazing apartment. The location is absolutely perfect and it truly has everything you need! It was spotless and Diana and her team were extremely accommodating with everything.

We stayed 3 nights with my girl friends in Diana's apartment. The location is perfect, most important sites in Florence are at walking distance. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed, there is enough space in two bedrooms for 4 persons. The small kitchen was ideal to prepare some quick breakfast or snack. I would definitely recommend the apartment for short vacations in Florence!

We had a wonderful time in Florence and it was brilliant to come back to such an amazing space and relax in a unique apartment. The location is brilliant and we found some great places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment is within walking distance to all that Florence has to offer and is a fantastic place to stay. The bed rooms were large and all having a bath was a real plus for 3 couples traveling together! it's central location in Florence was great, easy walk to everywhere. the 56 steps to the apartment were long and sometime tiring for a group of 60+ travelers, but it wasn't a deal killer by any means, just had to stop half way up! Overall, a great apartment and a wonderful location. We would stay there again in a heart beat... Thank you to Diana and her team for a great property!!! Caf4tx - Dallas

Lovely apartment with great views of Florence. The location is very good, easy to access the different parts of Firenze and there is plenty close by. You can be in amongst the buzz and within minutes escape from the crowds. The terrace was lovely to have breakfast on, and relax in the sun before going out. Diana was supportive throughout, and checked in on occasion to make sure we were ok. We hope very much to be back!!!

Diana’s flat is ideally located for exploring Florence. It is very stylish and comfortable, and larger than we expected. The helpful tips for where to eat and what to do we’re also very useful. Would recommend to anyone.

It was lovely to be greeted on arrival and welcomed to Florence, shown the apartment and key handover. Communication from booking to check out was fantastic and Diana was always on hand if you need anything at all. It was a magical experience staying in this typical Florentine apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood. With a local supermarket, gelataria and cafe right on your doorstep, as well as a host of restaurants and local sights! I can't imagine a more perfect spot to explore Florence, everything is within walking distance and you are surrounded by locals. Of course as if that wasn't enough, the view is the biggest gem! I think it may just be the best view across the whole of Florence! I had many beautiful breakfasts and moments gazing across Florence from sunrise to sunset. There is a small kitchen but enough amenities to make everything you need and I had some wonderful meals here after shopping at the local market. Diana has put together an amazing binder filled with local tips and knowledge about Florence and it was a joy to read. I couldn't find fault with this beautiful space, my only comment is that the Wifi is very slow so if you need to work and this is important to you, be mindful of this.
