What shall I do to grant you a deposit?
In short
At reservation or arrival it will be asked to provide a valid credit card as Security/Damage Deposit which is only used as a guarantee.
The credit card will be charged if there are any outstanding bills, extra expenses such as final cleaning, or if there are any damages found in the apartment at departure and agreed among the parts.
