Diana is a fantastic and a professional host. House is much more beautiful than what can be seen on the website. Very cozy and comfortable for a set of 4-5 people. She has written a nice book herself on roaming in Florence which covers the majority of the beautiful places to see in and around the town. She even offered a mobile phone to use which had GPS and all the locations/information loaded. Quite appreciable. They have maintained a nice website which will help you in planning any activities around Florence. Please contact her in advance to get the best deals. We contacted her to arrange for a wine tour. And she arranged the best car/driver/winery possible to visit during the winter.

The room is nicely decorated, lots of space with living room area. The bed is very comfortable. Location is near to train station and in a quiet area.

Location can’t be beat! Steps from the Duomo (but remember that means noisy late night travelers on the street below), this charming apartment makes you feel like you are a local. The stairs are no joke, but worth it, for the view! Checkin process is automated and easy. There’s a selection of coffee makers, a washing machine, and a cool loft. Highly recommend for couples, friends or families with older kids. @airbnb

Muy buena ubicación, aunque un poco ruidoso, lógico, pleno centro y calles angostas. Solo un piso por escalera, El recibimiento excelente. Nos ofrecieron un teléfono para movernos por Florencia. Amplio , muy buena decoración , excelente calefacción. Todos los elementos necesarios para la estadía. Lo recomiendo. @booking

We were a party of 6 and used all four bedrooms which made our stay very comfortable. Francesca and the staff were very helpful and accommodating in every way. We did not make much use of the stove for cooking, only for coffee, because the sink position made it difficult to wash and put away the dishes. We were all very happy with our stay at Artemisia and with Acacia.

This apartment was fantastic. Clean, quaint, cozy, perfect. The location was terrific, close to the train station so we could easily get to the meeting point for our tours. Within walking distance to every attraction. The area felt safe, and we had no concerns walking around after dusk. The binder that provided information about the city was extremely helpful. We are planning another trip in 2019 and already setting our dates to book with "Acacia your home in Florence".

Amazing experience. Great location, the sweetest host and an amazing view. Perfect communication and great tips to Firenze in a folder in the apartment. All my best recomendations!

The house is wonderfully authentic, roomy, comfortable and fabulous location . Perfect in every way and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay whilst visiting Florence.

El loft es hermoso tal cual se ve en las fotos. Silencioso limpio la bañera muy espaciosa y cómoda. El loft tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda. Yo viaje con mis 2 hijos y mi hermano y teníamos privacidad. Viajamos en invierno la calefacción es estupenda. Aunque hay que subir 3 pisos por escalera lo vale realmente. Pasamos unos días de ensueño en una bellísima ciudad. Repetiremos muy pronto. (@airbnb)

Diana and her team were absolutely wonderful! They provided everything we needed and more than we could have hoped for. The apartment was perfect and the handbook with local places to visit and eat was fantastic. We will definitely book with them next time we visit! @airbnb

Arredo nuovo e colori bene intonati, facilità di raggiungimento della struttura, luogo strategico, a 4 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio. Appartamento fornito di tutto, anche per cucinare a casa, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, presente tutto l'occorrente! Piatti e bicchieri nuovi e puliti, biancheria nuova e pulita, letto comodissimo. Veduta della Torre di Palazzo Vecchio (e siamo al II piano)! @booking

The pictures can't do justice to how welcoming, warm, and spacious the apartment feels! As other reviews mentioned, there was some noise, but it was certainly not noticable most of the time-I put in earplugs as a precaution the first night, but I really didn't need them. The little extra noise is certainly made up for by the location! Also, the big bathroom and bathtub was wonderful and luxurious after a day of sightseeing! The Acacia team was welcoming and very helpful-if we had not already had plans in the city we would have booked a tour or something else though them! I highly recommend this apartment and this company!
