We liked the location with its little cafes and shops. The square of Santo Spirito with its lively market and lovely restaurants and bars where the locals gather is authentically Florentine.

Perfect Location for all sight seeing within short walk 10 to 15 mins walk, food market near by also restaurants, the apartment was big , very nice, quiet and the lovely enclosed court yard was a bonus.

Lovely apartment on the 3rd floor. Very clean, which is top on my list. Beautiful views from every window. Surprisingly quiet & peaceful. Wished we could have stayed longer. Diana & Francesca were most helpful and provided us with their phone numbers in case we needed anything during our stay. Renting a property through Acacia allowed us to experience Florence and the surrounding countryside as if we lived there. Don’t miss out on the Tours offered, Chianti/Siena Tour was amazing! Driver provided for pick up and return to airport, set fee each way, so worth the convenience! The week went by so quickly, next trip, staying longer!!

The apartment was perfectly located, walking distance to all major attractions. Check-in and communication were great from Diana and the team.Thank you for a wonderful stay! As some previous reviews have mentioned the noise from the square can get pretty loud at night, so this could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise fantastic apartment in the heart of the city! @airbnb

The loft was perfect for our group of 3. Diana met us at the front of the loft and made sure we were acquainted and settled in. She gave us helpful tips and a map of Florence. We also were given the option of using a handy to make any phone calls needed or guide us through the city. The loft was centrally located by awesome restaurants, gelato, and nightlife. It was easy to walk to everywhere we needed to. Diana even booked our taxi to the train station on our departure. We appreciate everything and thankful to have found this place. Will definitely recommend her loft to others and come back to stay there if given the chance. Thank you!

The people running this property are wonderful! You are across the street from the Medici Chapel and two blocks from the Duomo. The property managers are great and provide you with all that you will need to have a wonderful experience including a local cell phone loaded with all kids of apps and all the contact information you could need. I would return to this property without hesitation and will recommend it to anyone I know visiting Florence. The only downside would be for people who have difficulty with stairs as this property is on the top floor and there is no elevator. @homeaway

This was a great apartment and very very comfortable. The location was amazing with so much nearby, from shops, markets, and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance and if you are driving I would suggest using Garage Giglio as it is a 5 minute walk to the garage. It is 24 hours and I was able to reserve a space online. The view was amazing as we were right across from San Lorenzo. For being in a busy area when the windows were closed you could not hear the hustle and bustle of the street below which was quite nice at the end of the night. The communication with the host was quick and pleasant. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Charmfull and wellplanned aparttment with a loft situated just a few minuts from all the "mustsees" in Firenze. Restaurants, shops, public transportations, historical sights, cafés and museums just outside the door. The appattment is . You need to be able to walk some staires, but it is worth it!! We are very happy with our stay and choice of accommodations and can reccomend Verenas place if you want to visit Firenze! @airbnb

This is a GREAT apartment. Perfect location- quiet and scenic. Beautiful views from the windows— light and airy. The apartment is really big and roomy, clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Kitchen was totally great— everything you could want to cook and feel at home. Bed was comfortable and living room is lovely. We just loved this place. Shower could use some repair— that was the only problem. It worked but was funky. I’d stay at this apartment again and again.

This apartment is right in the centre of Florence and for those looking to be right in the thick of things it's perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean and really comfortable. It was lovely to have the luxury of a bath at the end of the day too. Melanie, who greeted us on our arrival was fabulous. Our flight was delayed by three hours which meant that we didn't get to the apartment till late. Melanie waited for us out of office hours and was utterly charming. My only complaint with the apartment is night-time noise. I know that this has been mentioned by other travellers and I understand that this is not a resolvable issue but on one night the partying went on all through the night. If you are a night-owl then I'm sure this won't be a problem for you and the apartment was perfect from every other viewpoint. @airbnb
