If you are looking for a great location near to the train station and many of Romes attractions I highly recommend this apartment. We were a group of 7 adults travelling together and this property suited us perfectly. It was well presented, spacious and fully equipped. The courtyard was a real bonus (other than a neighbour from upstairs throwing bottles at us as we were playing music instead of politely asking us to turn it down). @flipkey

We absolutely loved our stay at Diana's suite, and would love to stay here again when we visit Florence again (which we will for sure!). LOCATION The location is extremely convenient, literally a 5 minute walk (with suitcases!) from the Santa Maria Novella train station, which is also approximately 5 minutes walk from the Mercato Centrale, which features some of the best food in Florence and an amazing outdoor soft-goods market. Ristorante ZaZa is a VERY good restaurant for tourists, and is at the corner of the Mercato Centrale (get house red wine the Bistecca alla fiorentina! 1.2kg for about 50€). HELPFULNESS Diana made every effort possible to have someone greet us as soon as we arrived, and the timing was perfect. Alesandra greeted us with a bottle of Chianti, showed us around the suite, and sat down with a map and a pen to highlight an itinerary for us based on how much time we had in Florence. This was extremely helpful! CLEANLINESS The suite was immaculate upon our arrival. AMENITIES Despite the old age of Florence, Diana's suite features a beautiful design with modern appliances. The shower water was more than hot enough, with a large sink, plenty of lighting, a flat-screen TV, etc. The bed is a thin mattress pad, but we found it comfortable enough, (don't expect a luxury mattress!). The air conditioning is a large, built-in wall unit which will QUICKLY cool off the entire suite, very effectively (wonderful when it can be so hot outside). FAVORITE PART? Our favorite part had to be the location! The suite is less than 15 minutes walk from the train station, the Duomo at Santa Maria Novella, the Ponte Veccio Bridge, Grom Gellateria, the Uffizi Museum, Michelangelo's David, and much, much more! Combined with the modern design, great air conditioning, and wonderful hosts, we would HIGHLY recommend staying here to our friends and family! @abnb

The apartment is in the heart of Florence city and close to all the well known places. It is well designed and satisfied our needs a lot. Ms Francesca and Ms Melania are kind and patient to help us with everything. The office and staffs of the house are professional. It is a very good choice to live in here if you gonna stay in the city for a few days and walk around. @abnb

My grown daughter and I loved the charming apartment. It is quite spacious and comfortable for two people. The bed is an American king. The air conditioner has a difficult time reaching the sleeping area but you do have the option of opening the window. Very well thought out apartment with lots of character. We loved the keyless entry. The location is nice and close to the train station, but the walk to the city center is a little far. The apartment is well stocked except we did run out of toilet paper our last day. Would highly recommend Tuscany Vespa tours. We enjoyed a beautiful ride through the Tuscan countryside and ate a delicious lunch as part of our tour. You may also ride it on bikes. @Flipkey

The apartment was very big and beautiful in a wonderful location right overlooking Piazza San Lorenzo and communication with the owner of the apartment was pleasant. The A/C also worked great given the hot Florence summer.” - There were 3 flight of stairs for us and your young kids ( 4 and 6 months) but We were aware of it.

What an incredible find! Such a lovely stay at Diana's beautiful apartment at the heart of Florence. Everything was as breathtaking as it looked in the photos. The location was perfectly central, and I was met with the keys and a brief orientation of the studio at the exact time discussed. I will absolutely be returning to this perfect place and I am very grateful that we were able to spend a few days in such a wonderful setting. @abnb

L'appartement n'est pas conseillée pour les enfants ou personnes à mobilité réduites du au nombre de marches pour y accéder. Propreté parfaite, rien à redire. Très beau séjour. @abnb

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and decided to stay in Florence for 5 nights. Diana's condo in Florence was beautiful and was in the perfect location in the center of town. Diana messaged me the week before check-in to find out our arrival time. As we were in a different part of Europe at the time, we did not know exactly when we'd arrive but knew the general time of day that we would get in. I let Diana know this, and she was extremely flexible and patient. She let us know that was fine and to let her know as soon as we knew exactly what time we'd get in. On the day of check-in, we were traveling in from Cinque Terre. When we finally figured out which train we'd be able to catch, we messaged Diana to let her know and she immediately messaged back and said she had coordinated her assistant to meet us at the apartment when we got into town. Her assistant, Francesca, met us at the exact time and location stated and took us to the apartment. She explained everything about the apartment and amenities and made sure we had everything we needed before she left. She also gave us an organized book of things to do and see as well as places to eat during our stay. She let us know that if we had any problems, we could contact her directly and she would contact Diana if needed, or we could also contact Diana directly as well. A couple days in, the air conditioning and water pressure stopped working. We were leaving to travel to Chianti/Tuscany region for the day, but we messaged Francesca to let her know. She immediately came over to the apartment and got everything working correctly for us, so all problems were solved when we got back that evening. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere in Florence as well as to the train/bus station. We felt very safe in the area that the apartment was located. I would say the only downside was that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and had no elevators, so getting our luggage up was slightly difficult but it all turned out just fine - no big deal. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. If we ever return, we would likely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to all our family and friends. Thank you, Diana!!! @abnb

The apartment was well located in a quieter neighbourhood on southern side of the river but still walkable distance from the main attractions. Santo Spirito square is close by which is packed in the evenings with locals, families and young people, great atmosphere. There are many great options for restaurants and bars and also a market during the day. The living room was full of sunshine thanks to the large windows. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped with coffee maker, washing machine, hairdryer. The garden patio is lovely in summer, but be aware of the mosquitos buzzing around. Hosts were professional, helpful and responsive. Overall a lovely experience. @abnb
