Prachtig authentiek appartement op toplocatie in oude centrum. Idyllisch, klein en daardoor ook wat krap voor lange mensen. Rustige straat met alle mooie plekjesvan de stad op loopafstand! Met als uitsmijter het prachtige ruime dakterras met een geweldig uitzicht over Florence! @abnb

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Florence. Francesca met us when we arrived, explained everything clearly, and gave us some tips about what to do. She even came back to help us out when we had a problem with the tv. The guest guidebook was very helpful. The flat is beautiful and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular! Just a note - there are a lot of steps, so keep that in mind. Also, being close to the San Lorenzo market, the vendors start rolling their carts on the street below at about 7am every morning, so it can be a bit noisy. It's still an excellent location, and I'd stay here again without hesitation. @abnb

Diana and her team were great, fantastic communication and only too happy to help. Check in was easy. The apartment is centrally located and a short 8-10 minute stroll from the Train Station. We didn't make use of the kitchen facilities, but it looks like you have everything you need! Very comfortable apartment, with air con - a must in Florence in Summer. The only downside is its on the third floor and there is no lift. Wasn't a problem for us, but something to be aware of if you're enjoying your golden years or travelling with little ones. Would happily stay here again, or one of Diana's other properties. @abnb

We absolutely loved Cosmea and would love to return. The apartment is beautifully decorated and brilliantly situated - everything a short walk yet the street itself is so quiet and the felt safe. Where else can you nip in to a supermarket after a day of sightseeing, pop home for a bowl of fresh pasta overlooking the city and then take a five minute stroll to hear opera duets in an exquisite church? Nearby are lots of good eating places too but we loved the roof terrace so much we opted to stay in 2 out of 3 nights and the kitchen is ample for simple meals. The climb up the stairs is the price paid for stunning views and they really weren't too bad. I am a deeply unfit 49 year old and maybe I puffed a bit but I didn't mind because the whole place was worth it. We parked near the airport at Garage Aldo, and got a taxi in (€25) which was cheaper than parking at the nearby garages and saved the stress of driving in the busy part of the city. We were met by Amerigo who was very friendly and helpful and Diana in the office was easy to contact. She speaks particularly good English so the whole experience was very simple. For a couple we both feel this is THE place to stay in Florence. @abnb

We had an amazing stay. In the morning you are awakened by the church bells, and when you look outside of the window you'll be greeted with gorgeous views of il duomo and st Lorenzo's basilica. The location is fantastic-you are steps away from the mercado and so many other sights. Diana was an amazing host. She was in contact with us throughout and helped us arrange events (like the Tuk Tuk tour-would recommend) and offered to help buy tickets and navigate the city. Definitely made our experience in Florence memorable. Oh, and that leather couch is as comfortable as it looks in the pics. @abnb

Best service from Air BnB I have experienced. Very easy to contact to organise arrival - and was very accommodating when we arrived late. Provided exceptional detail and recommendations and responded very quickly to questions and requests during our stay. Diana truly shares all her insights of beautiful Florence and makes the experience very special. The apartment itself is great! Terrace is amazing but very hot during the day. We loved the location as the other side of the bridge was too busy for us. We prefer quieter, local experiences. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return again myself! @abnb

We had the most wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The location is incredible and about 2 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio! The best bit about this apartment is the roof terrace - it has the most wonderful views. Truly special. Diana and Melanie were so organised and met us when agreed at the apartment. We can't recommend this enough and will definitely return in the future! @abnb

The stay at Diana's apartment was amazing! Communication went always perfectly well, also if we had questioms during the stay we could write her and got an answer very soon. The apartment is nice, tidy and good equipped. And the location is amazing, you only have about 5min to the Ponte Vecchio and still it's in a very quite area. I would highly reccomend it! @abnb

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo organizzato un ritrovo per amici: Il bellissimo giardino con la palma, la magnolia altissima, il bel barbecue e il grande tavolo sotto il gazebo nell’ampia corte sono perfetti per preparare un barbecue con le famose bistecche alla fiorentina, per la felicità dei ragazzi del gruppo! Si sta talmente bene che ti dimentichi di essere nel centro della città... L'appartamento è molto ampio e dona il comfort di una villa con giardino con le sue dependances, ha tutti gli accessori e si trova appena a pochi metri dal duomo. Perfetta per visitare musei e perdersi per le stradine del centro....per non parlare dello shopping, è tutto veramente nelle immediate vicinanze. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con mobili nuovi ed è elegantemente decorato! Mi ha particolarmente colpito la cura nei particolari di design interno. Peccato non avere una piscina in giardino.. Si capisce che per motivi urbanistici e di manutenzione non sarebbe stato possibile, ma la casa dispone di sauna/bagno turco e doccia idromassaggio... un toccasana dopo un'intensa giornata di visite e gite culturali che solo Firenze può offrire. Assolutamente da consigliare! Non può che essere un gran successo!!!” @booking.com
