Apartment is beautiful and in prime location with great views, though can be noisy throughout the night. Check in was easy and the lady that have us the keys was lovely. @abnb

For a couple visiting Florence, I could think of no better place to stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is excellent. I really liked the keypad entry so no keys to carry around! I would definitely stay there again. @abnb

Diana and Francesca were great! Francesca was there to greet me when I arrived and she showed me around the apartment. She had plenty of information available about Florence, along with a binder of all the best finds and local spots. The apartment is on a quiet street, a bit hidden in the Oltrarno. Just be warned that you will be climbing up a hill to get there, but it is totally worth the walk! Apartment was clean, simple, and great for one or two people. If I needed anything, Francesca was easy to get in touch with. There is a market about 5 minutes away, Open Bar which features a great view of the Ponte Vecchio, and San Niccolo area is down the street which has good local restaurants and cafès. Overall, a great stay and I highly recommend! @abnb

Since the beginning the host was very responsible and provided all the details to my questions. A week before the host provided guindances for the arrival, and upon my arrival she was there to receive me and my family. The apartment was great and very well located. There was a small problem with the bathroom but the host fixed immediately when I informed the issue. @abnb

Prachtig authentiek appartement op toplocatie in oude centrum. Idyllisch, klein en daardoor ook wat krap voor lange mensen. Rustige straat met alle mooie plekjesvan de stad op loopafstand! Met als uitsmijter het prachtige ruime dakterras met een geweldig uitzicht over Florence! @abnb

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Florence. Francesca met us when we arrived, explained everything clearly, and gave us some tips about what to do. She even came back to help us out when we had a problem with the tv. The guest guidebook was very helpful. The flat is beautiful and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular! Just a note - there are a lot of steps, so keep that in mind. Also, being close to the San Lorenzo market, the vendors start rolling their carts on the street below at about 7am every morning, so it can be a bit noisy. It's still an excellent location, and I'd stay here again without hesitation. @abnb

Diana and her team were great, fantastic communication and only too happy to help. Check in was easy. The apartment is centrally located and a short 8-10 minute stroll from the Train Station. We didn't make use of the kitchen facilities, but it looks like you have everything you need! Very comfortable apartment, with air con - a must in Florence in Summer. The only downside is its on the third floor and there is no lift. Wasn't a problem for us, but something to be aware of if you're enjoying your golden years or travelling with little ones. Would happily stay here again, or one of Diana's other properties. @abnb
