Located above the historical Verdi theater in Santa Croce district, this spacious and calm studio, recently refurbished,is ideal for anyone wishing to experience a short holiday in Florence or spend some days for business matters. The studio is well distributed with different sectors that are comfortable and very practical. The living room has a very comfortable large sofa and a relax armchair with a television monitor in front of it. The wood is predominant, it is found in the parquet, in the wardrobes and bedside tables.
We loved the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, cozy and in the heart of Florence. We could not have a better location. The hosts were extraordinary! Very helpful and always quick to reply to questions. They offered good tips and were professionals through and through. Although the nightlife around the area was loud and lively, often until the early morning hours, we couldn’t complain as this is what to expect if you want to be in the middle of the city. If you want a quiet place then you may not enjoy the late night noise. However we were very satisfied!! Definitely a 5 star rating!

We had a wonderful stay! The apt is exactly as pictured. The staff are super friendly about you dropping your bags until the apt is ready. Very communicative and sweet. They actually made a map of the city with their favorite local restaurants/places to get a cocktail. Very walkable, the Duomo is only a couple minute walk. Wonderful bakery and restaurants right on the street where you’re staying
