“The only thing that was better than the apartment was the hospitality that Diana showed. Everything exceeded expectations. I was met at the door by her friendly staff and immediately felt at home. The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to whatever you might want during your stay. For an apartment in the center it was very quiet. “위치가 정말 좋았어요! 관광지 도보로 이동하기도 좋고, 주변에 한인마트랑 마트도 가까웠습니다. 산타마리아 노벨라역에서 도보이동하기도 좋아요! 숙소 내부는 사진보다 더 멋져요. !! 들어가자마자 감탄했네요! 다만 4층을 계단으로 올라가야하고, 외부 소음이 약간 있어요! 예민하지 않으시다면 신경쓰일 정도는 아닙니다. 세탁기와 건조대가 있고 식기세척기도 있어서 오래 머무신다면 유용할거 같습니다. 피렌체 오신다면 추천하고싶어요. 이 숙소 정말 후회없을거 같네요!”

Diana’s place is perfect if you are staying for a few days to visit the city. Its right in the city center, so don't bother about forgetting your jacket, no matter where you are it will take you about 10min to get it. The location is unbeatable. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, local pubs and supermarkets within the area (no more than 5min away). The flat is located in quite a vivacious street, a little bit touristic during the day (aren’t we all tourists?) but with a lively nightlife, specially on weekends. Noise wasn’t a problem at all, the flat is quite high above and oriented towards the inside of the building. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need. Diana was kind enough to even provide shampoo, shower gel, clean towels, city maps, coffee... we felt at home instantly. The flat itself is stunning and its identical as seen on the pictures. Bright and spacious. It even has a tiny terrace which is ideal to soak up all the sunlight while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. In our next visit to Florence, we will definitely come back to Diana’s place

The apartment has a great location (we walked everywhere from it), it was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and Diana is a great host. She made her own map for guests staying in her apartments that has a bunch of helpful local tips on it. Highly recommend.”

It is a little bit of a walk up a hill & a few stairs to get to the actual apartment, but it is 100%! Worth it! When I go back to Florence, I’ll try to book this apartment again!”

Location is perfect for sightseeing. Great food right outside the door. Everywhere a short walk away. Apartment is spacious, stylish and comfortable. Ideal for a short stay in Florence!

“L'appartamento è molto curato, perfetto per trascorrere un weekend di relax. La posizione è centralissima, di fronte alla Galleria dell'Accademia e a pochi passi da piazza del Duomo! Diana è stata davvero disponibile, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare il check-in prima del previsto e di lasciare i bagagli a casa fino al momento della partenza. Consigliatissimo!”

Great place to spend time in Florence. The very center. The apartments are so beautiful and have such a wonderful view that I did not want to leave the house.

Firstly Diana was a fantastic host, quick communication and wonderful lady. Secondly the home was beautiful, a wonderful surprise and better then expected. A beautiful space, clean and homely. The location was perfect, very quiet and just out of the hustle of the centre and easy to fine. We were even given early check in via the office which was a short two minute walk from the home. Thank you for our stay and for creating a beautiful weekend in Florence

아카데미아 미술관 바로 앞에 있어서 안전하고 조용한 편이었고 대부분의 관광지에 걸어다닐 정도로 가깝습니다. 역에서 버스를 타면 집 가까이 한번에 가서 편합니다. 엘리베이터가 있고, 호스트도 친절하고 숙소도 매우 깨끗하고 필요한 기구는 대부분 있어서 생활하기 좋았습니다. 인테리어도 너무 예쁘고! 둘이 지내기에 넓고 충분한 구조였습니다. 겨울인데 난방도 잘 되고 세탁도 무료로 가능했습니다! 추천합니다!!

L'appartamento gestito da Diana ha reso la nostra vacanza meravigliosa. Uno spazio molto elegante, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort e situato in una posizione comodissima per ogni spostamento. L'host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, anche per quanto riguarda il check in e il check out. Un luogo magico in una città magica.

“Me and my husband had the best weekend in Florence. The city is absolutely amazing and part of it is also because of the accommodation we stayed in. The Timo apartment is very charming and comfortable. Diana and Daniela were very flexible with our special requests and very friendly. They provided us a map with some experiences we could have in Florence. A real plus! The position is unique, right in front of the Accademy and super close to the Dome. Very central to all must-see places in Florence. The bed, linen and towels were super comfortable and clean. For me, the bathroom is a very important room and the one in Timo apartment is clean with a very good shower. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends, so I think this says it all.”

Fantastic location, lovely apartment with two bedrooms on the mezzanine floor. Bear in mind that this flat is on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs to get there!
