Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Paulinha, Brazil: O apartamento é lindo , tudo novinho e organizado. Amamos!!!

Esperamos voltar logo! Um grande abraço! @abnb

Jeanne, France: All in all, a fantastic stay !!

We had a very nice stay in Florence. The appartment is really nice and looks like the pictures. It is completely furnished and in the historic center. Indeed, it is possible to walk almost everywhere. It is also close to a nice and lively street. Our hosts were very nice/caring and quick to respond. All in all, a fantastic stay !! Thank you Acacia ! Merci Acacia ! @abnb

Arlene, Singapore: I truly enjoyed my stay in this bright and lovely apt and will chose it again when I return

This unit is well renovated. It's the kind of unit I would want to live in if I were living in Florence. And everything is well provided for in the unit. It doesn't have a microwave but it's ok for me as I don't need one. The area is pretty central too. Only thing is that bedroom faces quite a busy street so you can often hear quite loudly vehicles driving pass and as summer has started, all kinds of bugs are appearing. But these are beyond owner's control. Resolve them by spraying mosquito repellant and keeping windows closed. I minimised the noise by keeping windows closed and turning the aircon on at night. Just to add if you have a huge luggage, note that there's a long flight of steep steps to lug your luggage up and down. I was already aware of it so no complaints but it would be nice if I had a companion to assist me... lol. In summary, I truly enjoyed my stay in this bright and lovely apt and will chose it again when I return. @abnb

Jedrzej, Polonia: very comfortable and cosy

Great place to stay in Florence :) close to everything. Apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Very good contact with Diana and her assistant. Strongly recommended :) @abnb

Bryce, USA: This place is fantastic!

This place is fantastic! Small, lots of steps, but well worth it. The place is clean and Diana and her staff communicate all things at each step of the way. The place is located away from the touristy areas, but close enough to get there by foot quickly if you'd like. Great views of the city from the rooftop as well. We definitely recommend. @abnb

Jan, Philippines: Spacious, cleaned and well organized!

The apartment looks exactly like the picture - spacious, clean, organized and well-kept. Location is very convenient, near the train station so it's easy to move around, plus it's close to most of the important sights in the city. The host was also very accommodating, she gave us helpful tips and booked a taxi for us on the day we were leaving. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Noreen, USA: Diana is lovely, really helpful and provided useful information on Florence

Diana is lovely, really helpful and provided useful information on Florence and places to eat. The apartment is in a brilliant location and as it isn't on the outside of the building it was quiet at night. Lovely clean bedding too and comfortable mattress though the bed was rather low for getting in and out of! Loved Florence! @airbnb

Ryen, Singapore: extremely hospitable and made me feel very welcomed!

Alessandra and Francesca were both extremely hospitable and made me feel very welcomed! They were very professional and did everything they could to address any issues that I had. The apartment itself was wonderful. It had everything I needed (including a portable stove and pans!). Getting in and out was really convenient with the passcode. The location was great: there is a trash can across the street and a mini mart right downstairs. Very close to SMN Firenze Train Station. Would definitely stay with them again! @abnb

Thomas, USA: perfect location

Great apartment in the perfect location. We were met upon arrival and check in was a breeze. @abnb

Cassie, UK: The location couldn't be better

This was my favorite Airbnb experience. The apartment was perfect. Clean, adorable and spacious. The location couldn't be better. The highlight was definitely the private terrace on the roof. There was a wine shop right down the way and it was wonderful to sit and look out onto beautiful Florence. The Ponte Vecchio is less than 5 minutes away. The Duomo can be reached in 10-12 minutes. I would definitely stay here again! @airbnb

Jenny, usa: cleanliness and care of the apartmen

Staff and owners were excellent at making me feel welcome and I can honestly say the cleanliness and care of the apartment over my 3 week stay was excellent! Fresh and plenty of linen. And, me despiache but I lost my 2 photos of via Dei Pepe!

Beth, UK: I would recommend this apartment

Stayed here for three nights with total of seven adults - three parents and four adult children. Having the four separate bedrooms, each with own bathroom with great showers, was perfect. It was in the middle of a longer trip around Italy so having the washing machine to wash clothes to use for rest of trip was great as well. It is only a block and a half from the Duomo, on a main street, with a wine shop and a coffee shop only a few doors away. It is only a few blocks from the main market. Even though convenient to many things and on the first floor, it is down a hall (with a locked secure street entrance to the building) away from the street, with its own private courtyard, and so it is very quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful meal of meats, cheeses, bread and desserts from the market and wine from the wine shop our first evening in the courtyard and it made us feel as though we had our own home in Florence. It is walking distance from all of the main attractions -museums, Ponte Vecchio, and of course the Duomo, as well as the main train station. It is nicely decorated, and the small kitchen had all of the plates, glasses and utensils we needed for our short stay. You will want to keep windows closed as there are mosquitoes, but there is air conditioning which worked relatively well in most rooms. There is also a tent with netting in the courtyard which worked well to allow us to sit around the table there for eating and enjoying wine together. The person who met us to give us the keys and show us around was on time and helpful. We had no issues during our stay so don't know about responsiveness to complaints. Overall I would recommend this apartment as a reasonably priced, convenient way to stay in Florence.

Scout, USA: We loved our spacious and homey apartment

Rosa We loved our spacious and homey apartment - Rosa. We booked Rosa because of the rooftop terrace, where we spent quality family time dining, talking and enjoying the flowers, sunsets and church bell. The kitchen was very well equipped, two bathrooms with soap and shampoo provided. The internet was wonderful. The laundry facilities were wonderful. We truly felt like we were living in a home. Tips: A) Stairs - there are 61 stairs up to Apartmento Rosa. No lift. If you need assistance with luggage, arrange in advance with AcaciaFirenze - the management company. B) Rosa is on the same floor as Acacia Firenze's office - very convenient for question, help with tour bookings or dinner reservations. C) Neighborhood - Santa Croce - very close to the Piazza Santa Croce. Depending on your age and inclination- this is either a good or a bad location. There are concerts and events in Piazza Santa Croce all season long. We could hear the miked music and speakers deep into the night. Also, there are at least 4 night clubs very close by, which are open until 4:00 am. Much noise from loud and drunk revelers, sounds of breaking glass, loud music, etc. After 4:00 am there is noise of garbage trucks and street sweepers. Bring earplugs if you don't plan to join the party and want to sleep. D) Mosquitos - yep - Florence has mossies and no screens. Either sleep with window and shutters closed (which helps with noise - see above), or sleep covered in toxic repellent or bring cortisone ointment to help with the inevitable and numerous bites. E) Third bed room with single bed- can be reached off dining area up some more stairs with a wobbly railing. Quite a treck to the bathroom at night - but quiet because it faces off the street. F) Fan - Florence can be very hot. The apartment is naturally cool - especially if you remember to close the shutters before going out for the day. That being said, the management can provide pedestal fans upon request. G) There is a wonderful binder full of useful and charming recommendations-be sure to read it. The AcaciaFirenze staff is very helpful.

Biagio Italia: silenzioso e intimo ambiente

@tripad

Carla, USA: The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could need or want

It was with great sadness that I left what I had begun to think of as my home in Florence. The apartment is more beautiful than you can see in the pictures. The big windows overlook the piazza. It had a cool juxtaposition between funky, laid back modern and Renaissance luxury. It is not too far from the train station that you can easily walk (I did some day trips, using this as my base) but it was also the perfect location to visit all of Florence with lots of great restaurants nearby. Friends and I enjoyed pizza one night at the central market and they said it was the best pizza they had eaten in the city (They are Italian so I trust their opinion). The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could need or want. This is the third time I have rented an apartment in Florence and it was definitely my favorite. I would not hesitate to book again. Diana and her staff were incredibly responsive and easy to contact. Check in was no problem when I had to move it back an hour. They even sent me an email prior to my arrival of special events happening during my stay. My only hesitation in providing my raving recommendation is that it will be booked up when I want to return next year. @abnb

Kevin, USA: very near popular sites

We did not meet Diana, but her associate Francesca was waiting for us at the apartment after we called from the airport that Friday morning. Francesca explained the apartment and was helpful with local suggestions. The apartment is in a great location very near popular sites, but hidden just off the main streets. We would definitely stay there again. @abnb

Semin, Korea: Beautiful

Alison, China: Great location a short walk from the station

We had looked at many hotels before choosing this apartment. Never stayed at an apartment before when travelling but would highly recommend! You are able to come and go as you please. We had a welcome email from Maria with instructions on arrival. And give you mobile contact details should you need assistance during your stay. Someone arrive to let you in and give advice. Great location a short walk from the station (Santa Maria novella) and convenient for all the sights of Florence. Keyless entry to the apartment makes it effortless. It was clean and modern. Big enough. Quiet street although there is a disco across the road it wasn't a problem. We will definitely use Acacia again when in Florence! @tripad

Justin, UK: Apartment situated walking distance to all major sites worked very well for us

Very nice apartment with all the amenities needed. Clothes washer worked well and was greatly appreciated. Cable tv with some english channels was nice for unwinding after a long day out and about. Apartment situated walking distance to all major sites worked very well for us. Host also told us where the best place to buy groceries was that was cheaper than some of the markets that were nearer to the apartment. Apartment was a little noisy from street noise at night, but that is just because of the location and it was not a problem once we got used to it. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. @abnb
