What an amazing residence from the decor to the layout to the quaint little balcony. Every second of being at this amazing apartment was an experience! The location was exceptional. Couldn't have asked for anywhere better for our first experience in beautiful Florence... @abnb

My sister's and I had a wonderful time at Diana's celebrating my birthday. Diana greeted us warmly at the apartment and provided excellent instructions for all the workings of the apartment as well as the neighborhood. We had some mosquitoes and Diana quickly helped us remedy the situation. We enjoyed cooking dinner in her well appointed kitchen with fresh ingredients from the awesome market close by. I locked my purse in the apartment when we checked out and called Diana and she took care of it in 5 minutes even though she was out of town. Her staff was super helpful and readily accessible. @abnb

Everything was great. The place is nice and clean and quiet. We were very happy at Dina's place. Ideal location for a nice journey in Florence.

Diana and Francesca answered all our questions thoroughly and quickly, and also helped us plan our stay in Florence and Tuscany. The apartment was very cosy with all necessary facilities, and has a fantastic view from the roof terrace. The neighborhood came off as safe and was very quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. All in all a great experience! @airbnb

I extremely recommend the apartment. Everthing was fantastic! Francesca was so helpful and easy to contact. The location is amazing, near to the train stattion and also close to the tourist spots and shopping. The apartment is clean and cozy. I definitely stay again in Accacia apartments when I return to Florence :) @abnb

This was as perfect as I'd hoped. Beautifully rustic, tasteful and authentic. We felt safe and comfortable here and very much 'at home'. All staff were excellent and polite, helpful and understanding. I will definitely return. @abnb

Diana is a wonderful host. We let her know about our time of arrival and made the walk with our suitcases in tow from the train station, Santa Maria Nuovela and arrived at the Airbnb. We were uncertain as to how to get inside the street entrance door, when we heard Diana's voice from above greeting us! She could not be more hospitable or efficient. She was full of suggestions about where to buy groceries and about local markets. Diana gave us a helpful tour of the apartment and explained how various appliances worked. She also has an exhaustive guide book filled with tips and hints and restaurant suggestions. The apartment street is a bit urban, but quickly gives way to the splendid square outside of the church of Santa Croce. We loved the entire neighborhood for its local charm and lack of tourist hordes (other than the tour groups at the cathedral. The local produce and flea markets were perfect for our desire to hang out like a local. @abnb
