Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

My stay at Cosmea was remarkable. Diana ‘s unit was perfectly situated across the Arno river and right near Ponte Vecchio. The Oltrano neighborhood is perfect for those who want to feel like a local and yet be able to become a tourist by walking anywhere within minutes. All major attractions are close by. The unit itself was very comfortable and functional. Everything you need is there including a private terrace with the most incredible view of Florence. Do yourself a favor and book this rental for the views alone if not for its location or value.

Firstly the communication was great and most helpful before, during and after our stay. Clean apartment with a great location near to tourist attractions and lovely cafes/restaurants. We stayed with our 18month old baby which was possible however please prepare for the noise at night time if you have a child who is a light sleeper this was to be expected and worth it as we were close to all the beautiful places to see. Good air con too and lovely apartment with plenty of books to read. Worth staying 👍

This was a lovely apartment with an excellent location, close to everything. The apartment is on the 4th floor, so going up and down the stairs was good excercise. All our questions and asked were answered and the minor problems solved easily. The apartment was charming in a rusty way, something you don't see everywhere. It was still practical and suited our needs. we hardly cooked any meals so cannot really say how the kitchen worked. Anyway, it had all the necessary tools and gadgets needed for cooking.

Diana’s place is the perfect hideaway for couples looking to explore the sites of Florence. Located in a great position-just around the corner from the hub of City life. Great for couples on a weekend away!

A very large, quiet and comfortable place to say in Florence. This apartment is huge and has more than enough space for our family of four you could easily put more people here and still be very comfortable. The kids appreciated having their own private bathrooms with nice showers. The air conditioning was nice after a hot day in Florence and the ability to do some laundry was really appreciated. The room was very quiet and we didn't have any issues with street noise. It's a great location only a couple of blocks from the Duomo with lots of restaurants around.

A great central place to stay in Florence - everything is about 5/10 mins walk away and the apartment was equipped with everything you need for a short break. Diana was very friendly at check in, with lots of local tips to start off a visit in the city. We would recommend a trip to Angel rooftop bar for a drink and to watch the sunset, as well as taking in the views of the city at Piazza Michaelangelo. Only thing we would say is that the bar downstairs can be quite loud/busy in the evenings, although after a few drinks this didn't bother us too much. Thanks again Diana 😊

Diana's apartment is lovely, modern and is located in a relatively quiet, yet central part of town. Pretty much anything you may want to visit is within walking distance. It was also fully equipped with basic necessities - salt, oil, toilet paper, laundry detergent... not that we cooked, but if you do you'll have pretty much everything you need. It features two AC units, which was fantastic as the temperatures in Florence were up to 40C throughout our stay One word of caution: it's on the top floor, there is no lift and the stairwell is narrow and quite steep. Might be an issue if you are not in good shape, have a disability or come with heavy baggage.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. The location was convenient, being very close to the train station but not too far from many of the major tourist sites of Florence, plus the amazing central market. The street it was on was very quiet, and we had no noise issues at all. The place was nicer in real life than it even looks in the pictures – very spacious, extraordinarily high ceilings, clean, and comfortable. It was also well-equipped. The hot water for the shower required a little bit of manipulation to stay hot. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer. The dryer is one of those evaporative types, so it takes awhile to dry – be aware. There was ample storage for all of our stuff. We were able to completely unpack for a week. The host company was very responsive, and the person who greeted us to orient us to the unit and give us our keys was outstanding - helpful and full of suggestions on places to see in Florence that we might not have otherwise come across. There was a grocery store around the corner, and coffee shops and restaurants galore in the area. There were also several bus stops nearby for when we wanted a break from all of the walking. However, the buses are not always reliable, so always have a back-up plan! Bus tickets are available at local tobacco shops.

Appartement parfait !

Wonderful Airbnb unit with a great rustic vibe. Fantastic location near all major attractions and adjacent to the best food in Florence. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, just watch your head if you’re tall as the ceilings are a bit short.

Très bel appartement de charme, décoration raffinée, très propre et parfaitement situé !

Our family of 4 people loved our stay in this apartment. It is in such an excellent location, right behind Santa Croce, and about 15 min to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi gallery. The alley ways around the apartment has many wonderful shops and cafes which is super convenient. The apartment itself is a lovely traditional Florence home tastefully decorated and comfortable. There is also a separate kitchen area so you can eat in some days. Diana is a wonderful host, she is super responsive in communication prior to our arrival and offered many local tips and recommendations throughout our stay. There are some popular restaurants directly below the apartment so people hang out there to quite late during the weekends and it can get a little noisy. It did’t bother us as we went out until late most days.

Really nice and comfortable apartment/condo in Florence. My wife and I stayed for 8 nights on our honeymoon and it was the perfect little spot. It’s extremely close to Santo Spirito which has a bunch of great restaurants and bars, so the walking score is definitely high. It’s also a couple minute walk from Boboli gardens and the Piti Palace, which are phenomenal places to visit. We wanted to stay on this side of the river because it’s far less busy. Obviously there are people everywhere at all times, but so many fewer are on that side of the river, which really helps it feel more comfortable and less chaotic. The apartment itself is all you need. There is A/C, a dishwasher, laundry machine, and plenty of other amenities. The back patio was a nice touch and we spent some time out there, but in general it was blistering outside (like 100 degrees during the day) so we naturally didn’t spend a ton of time out there. But… it’s great for drying clothes since very few places have drying machines. It’s secure and feels very safe, so that’s not a worry at all. Anytime you’re in a bustling city, security feels like a must and this place offers it. Lastly, the communication was excellent. Diana had a lady named Yelena meet me with keys and instructions, and she was super helpful. Showed me how to do everything and then spent about 5-10 minutes drawing on a map all the things we will need - like grocery stores, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. Big shoutout to Yelena for all of that. All in all, it was great stay and I definitely recommend if you’re planning a trip to Florence.

Airbnb Ecco cosa ha scritto Danna Danna Danna I really enjoyed my stay here in Diana's bnb! The location is absolutely perfect- walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio and touristy areas, but also close enough to walk to areas tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet street. The loft was a little warm since it was 100+ degrees for most of my stay, but the air conditioner was such a blessing. Diana was very communicative as well, and gave lots of recommendations for things to do in Firenze! (Definitely go to Bardini Gardens- 2 minute walk to the entrance, and stunning views + a great place for apiritivo at the top!)

Fabulous location! Easy check in and check out and we appreciated the flexibility when our train ran late. It is easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. We recommend Trattoria del Carmine and Caffe Bianchi. Both had delicious food, coffee, and warm friendly service. Be aware that utilities cost extra (not much but be aware) and the kitchen has only the very basics (if you like to cook). I bought and left some olive oil for the next visitor! And the apartment is at the top of about 5 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us, but be mindful. When booking. We absolutely loved our time in Florence and appreciate Diana and her staff!

Location, location, location! Very convenient to the Duomo, perfect for an early morning stroll to beat the crowds. The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was halfway through our trip to Europe and provided all of the comforts of home: great living area, super fast wifi, great shower, and very comfortable mattress. It was in a great location with easy keypad access.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Diana’s apartment. She was very attentive and made sure to have one of her friends waiting to meet us when we arrived. The apartment is in a safe, clean and quite building. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, the elevator was reliable but you could easily walk down the stairs too. The apartment was well furnished, spacious and clean. As a tall 240 lb. male, I am hyper aware of shower sizes and hot water issues when traveling in Europe, especially when an apartment is so centrally located. The shower size was big enough for me and the hot water and pressure were great for the both us. The location is perfect for a stay in Florence, it does not get much more central than this. When you walk out the front door across the street is the Galleria dell ‘Accademia entrance, to the right you can see the Duomo down a few blocks (roughly a 10-minute walk), to the left (2-minute walk) is the Piazza San Marco where there is a taxi stand and bus stop. We had a great visit in Florence largely in part because of Diana’s Air B&B, we honestly could not see booking any other than hers for our future visits to Florence, thank you Diana!!!

Man hört überhaupt nichts.
