Diana was a fantastic communicator, and she provided an amazing amount of local tips and ideas. Her place was sparkling clean, and she provided us with all needed info to utilize utilities in the space. Working with Diana from start to finish was a breeze, and I highly recommend this space!
This is a charming period apartment with small delightful outdoor space. As space is period style there is limited day light in bedrooms, but space was very clean. Location is amazing, minutes walk to Santo Spirito and wonderful selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Ponte Vecchio approx 5 mins walk. No air con, but didn’t bother us. Highly recommend! Great communication!
Diana, Sarah and the whole crew were very welcoming, accommodating and gave us amazing recommendations during our stay in Florence. They were quick to respond to any questions that we had and we are grateful for their hospitality. Grazie!!
Ein Traum inmitten der Altstadt. Hervorragender Service.
A great little home base in Firenze Diana, the host, was so welcoming and happy to share her knowledge of the area. She even had her own map of Florence designed to share her recommendations! She was such a pleasure and so very helpful. The location was fantastic, the unit was very comfortable exceptionally styled and had a very cool Italian vibe to it. And the bathroom was great! The air conditioner didn't easily cool the entire loft so if you're a hot sleeper you'll have to crank it and it gets a bit loud! There was dust coming from the wooden ceiling when the upstairs neighbours would walk around, but to be fair this is expected given the architecture of the unit.
Very nice, comfortable and well decorated Apartment in the old town (but in a quite street, with no bars). Everything is 5 minutes walk distance from the apartment. Diana has been very helpful, sharing good recommendations and always responding quickly to all my messages. I recommend this place!
This was one of the top 5 Airbnb places we’ve stayed in, and this is why: we felt like we were in “our” apartment. Sara communicated with us all along, helped us do a self check-in though keesy (perfect for a millennial couple like us), and kept in touch when we had questions. The place was sparkling clean, the high vaulted ceilings were great, and all the amenities were just what we needed. We were even able to wash our clothes and do some light cooking while we were there. It’s literally two minutes away to awesome places to eat and about the same distance to the bus stop, which takes you pretty much anywhere in the city. I have nothing but compliments for this place. Next time we’re in Firenze, we’re definitely staying here
I loved the terrace! Everything about the apartment was wonderful. When I come back to Florence, I would even stay at Pandora again, I loved it so much. Beautiful and cozy! Would have liked some guidance on how to operate the stove and laundry machine on check-in.
Fantastic apartment with a beautiful terrace, lovely bathroom and shower and plenty of storage space. Right in the middle of Florence, but not as touristy as some piazzas. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, something to consider when booking.
This accommodation is fantastic - I 100% recommend staying here to make your trip to Florence even better! From the outset the hosts were quick to respond and stay in touch. When we had trouble printing our tickets for some galleries, Sara helped us immediately and was so friendly. The location is great - it’s on a quiet street in Santa Croce and in walking distance to all the sites. The original features of the apartment really make it special and the private terrace is a great addition. There are maps and tips in the apartment to help you decide where to go - a nice touch. Thanks for everything!
Wonderful apartment right in the centre of everything going on in Florence. Beautifully decorated, with cool quirky touches. Be aware it’s on the top floor, so a lot of stairs- but the view is worth the climb!
Diana's apartment is a beautiful, modern with a feel for the traditional Florentine home. We really enjoyed our stay here, only a few steps from Santa Croce church and minutes away from all the central attractions. Diana is a great host with loads of recommendations which are worth a visit and a super speedy replier. 10/10 stay !
Amazing place, sensational view from the roof terrace! Entirely worth it just for the view. My partner proposed on the roof during our stay and I said yes! The perfect place for it! Magical stay, thank you so much Diana
While you do have to walk up >50 steps, this place is certainly worth the effort. It is located close to many tourist destinations, restaurants and shopping. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and there is a washing machine! Our hostess was more than accommodating with regard to check in and assisting with ensuring our luggage was safe after the check out time so that we did not have to lug it around with us before it was time to leave beautiful Florence. I would highly recommend this apartment and would choose to stay again! Thanks Diana :)
Our stay in Diana’s apartment was wonderful. We took a road trip throughout Europe and Diana’s apartment was one of the most unique and charming places we stayed. It has an interesting history and it surpassed our expectations. There is plenty of room for a large group traveling together, two very clean and updated bathrooms, and a lovely veranda that we enjoyed eating breakfast one in the mornings made from food purchased at the local outdoor market nearby the apartment. The location was perfect and was easily within walking distance to every important landmark. Diana herself was a standout host. Not only do they provide you with a simplified map of Florence, put together by Diana and her staff with attractions marked out, but she also went above and beyond to help us with our parking situation. We drove a 9-person van into Florence, which was a nightmare (nightmare is an understatement) to find parking for until Diana stepped in. She walked with us from the apartment to where we had parked the car and drove with us to a parking lot where she made us a reservation for our over-sized vehicle just to help save us from an expensive ticket and expensive parking fees. We had a great trip to Florence and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is considering it!
