Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

The location is perfect if you are visiting Florence for the sights. We had no issues traveling around and getting food or finding something to do. The place is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The only issue is it is at the top of the building so you'll have to climb ~11 small flights of stairs, no elevator. That was a bit hard for the older people traveling with us. Highly recommend this place otherwise!

Diana’s place is in a GREAT location and the apartment has all the amenities that you need. Yelena met us a the apartment for a very easy check-in and suggested good places to go. Honestly, you should stay here!

Julie

Unforgettable experience. Property is lovely, including an outdoor roof terrace. Bells from Santa Croce added to the charm. Worth a tour!! Thank you Diana for warm welcome and recommendations.

I had high hopes for our stay here, given the location and the pictures, and they were all exceeded. The pictures don't do it justice, this place is spectacular. And being blocks from the duomo is so special. Diana is super helpful and accommodating, and her book of local tips was filled with awesome off-the-grid finds. I can't recommend it enough, STAY HERE if you're coming to Florence!

10/10! Loved staying here. The place is stylish and clean, with a book of many local recommendations. Lots of great amenities including washer, bath tub. Excellent location in Florence. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome spot in a great location. Lots of good local spots within one and two blocks and much less overrun by tourists yet still a very close walk to the bridges into the main center. We recommend L'OV Osteria Vegetariana down the block for great vegetarian food and fantastic ambiance or outdoor seating. Could have stayed here much longer if we had the time.

A wowser of a city! Do go! We liked almost everything. Location was perfect...5 minutes from the centre. The staff at Acacia were extremely helpful. Florence is beautiful, although expensive.

We stayed four nights and found this stylish and quiet top-floor apartment very comfortable. The sky light windows added a really nice touch to the place! The ceilings are low in places, and being a tall person, had to remember to keep my head bowed at night, but that was a very minor inconvenience. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying themselves here. The sights, museums and restaurants of Firenze are all a short walk away. Hosts were prompt with answering when we had questions. Highly recommended!

This apartment was beautiful!!! It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend.

Danusia

Great location. Very comfortable and super clean.

Diana was an excellent and charismatic host, providing information about the city. The location is superb, in the relaxed and convenient Santa Croce neighbourhood. The bed is enormous. The size of the flat is impressive. Little touches like the coffee maker were much appreciated. The apartment is cool during the day, and even if it weren’t the air con would have it covered!

Laura

Diana’s place was such a wonderful place to land in the city! Super close to the train station, restaurants, shops, and the sights of Florence :) we loved how quiet it was even though you are right in the city, and the bed was so comfortable! Thank you for having us, and maybe we will be back again someday :)

Can't recommend this apartment enough. At check in you are greeted by Diana who is very friendly and will you tips on where to eat, drink and visit during your stay. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and the location couldn't be more perfect. We had thunder and lightning during our stay but it was the perfect place to curl up and relax. Amazing value for money, we will 100% be staying again. I've already recommended to friends as this is THE place to stay in Florence

After booking, I received a message that we would have to go to another location for the keys. However, it turned out that we were met at the apartment to get the keys and we were shown everything in the apartment. This was great! We liked the location very much. It was quiet and yet very close to the river and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was light filled, comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We didn't mind the steep street or the fact that we had to carry our bags up stairs, but it could be an issue for some.

Britt

We had a wonderful stay! The apt is exactly as pictured. The staff are super friendly about you dropping your bags until the apt is ready. Very communicative and sweet. They actually made a map of the city with their favorite local restaurants/places to get a cocktail. Very walkable, the Duomo is only a couple minute walk. Wonderful bakery and restaurants right on the street where you’re staying

My friends and I have very much enjoyed staying at Diana's place. The location is superb - very central but not excessively touristy. We found it pretty exciting to stay in a 15th century palazzo, and - most important - to do it comfortably. The place was very spacious, the decor was quirky and interesting and the kitchen was very well equipped; only the bathroom could use some redoing, though it was perfectly adequate. The flat's best feature is the terrace, which boasts a wonderful view and is a perfect spot for breakfast and aperitivo. Last but not least, Diana and her people were great hosts, very responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s place. The apartment is styled beautifully and very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to everything (everything in Florence is walking distance) but just enough away from the busiest spots. Diana and Acacia team were very helpful with check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

Rita’s flat is spacious and in a great position for sightseeing in Florence being just a few minutes walk from Duomo and Santa Croche. It’s also convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants. The downside is that the flat is accessed via 70+ stairs - but there is a good view over the rooftops once you get there! Also there are few kitchen basics provided, only what other people have left and although there’s a mosquito plug we couldn’t find any tablets. Take your own - they are essential.
