The flat is stunning! The view incredible and the host is lovely! We stayed there for 2 night it is really calm and so well located ! If we come back to firenze there is no other place we’ll stay ! We haven’t met Diana but she is really kind and involved !

Perfect spot for visiting Firenze and chilling in the city, Diana's apartment and terrace are a go to if you want a stay close to everything of what Firenze has to offer !

A good place for a weekend break away, location is super central and check in very easy - the rooftop patio offers wonderful views of Florence (too hot for us to use during the day as there is no shaded area) but a fantastic evening place to sit and admire the city and surrounding countryside

This is an authentic Florentine apartment, so beautiful in every detail. The location could not be more perfect with a view of Santa Croce Cathedral and the statue of Dante! Beautiful decor and everything that you could need. We loved it! Thank you, Diana

“Great and spacious apartment in the perfect location to get to know Florence! The bed was super hard but there were lots of cushions to make it comfy for those who don't like hard beds (like me... my husband slept really good in the bed). Diana was very friendly and helped with tipps around where to park! Thank you Diana!”

I highly recommended it! The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Church of Santa Croce in a central and beautiful area where every gallery, museum and tourist attraction is within walking distance. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and close to all types of services. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, recently renovated, spacious, clean and comfortable. Moreover, every communication during my stay was smooth and straightforward: Diana turned out to be an excellent host, and an exquisite, helpful and very kind person! I loved every day of my month-long stay in this apartment, and I hope to be back soon. THANK YOU DIANA!

“Great place in walking distance of most things to do in florence. A perfect terrace with a nice view. The kitchen is equipped like a proper home kitchen, though you won't want to use it considering the great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Check in was easy going and personal.”

We had a great stay in a wonderful apartment, the roof terrace is amazing. It couldn‘t be better. Thanks a lot to Diana for a perfect organisation. Definitely five stars to you. :-)

Diana’s place is amazing, perfect size for two, beautiful decor and perfect location. The perfect touch is the terrace for an evening aperitif

“Magical and surreal space enclaved in a very private high point of Florence. The rooms have the sensation of centuries of timetravel with art, while the essentials are up to spec. Incredibly comfortable bed and the light coming through ceiling is just wonderfully remniscent of something from Dutch Golden Age. The Balcony is from a film scene, lovely touches to light it up and pleasantly accesible. Overall very central with quick access to the amazing food market and bohemian cafes, it becomes a great shelter from an otherwise intense Florence street scene. Diana was very cool and responsive throughout. Mille Grazzie!”

Nice appartment, cental in Florence, great host - easy to reach and super-quick reply, perfect check in. Everything as described - no surprises! Wonderful stay! Just be aware of really narrow roads and limited/forbidden access if you travel by car - you need to park in garage and tell them to report your car-id (plate number) so you are authorized to drive into the old center

“Our stay was really fantastic! Diana’s location is extremely central. The view from the little terrace is like a gem in Florence! The apartment was very clean and tidy. Every time I had questions, Diana replied to me kindly and quickly. Her house is very stylish and gives a way different / better experience than staying in a hotel room! Totally recommended!”

Lovely apartment, great location, fantastic host and such a comfortable bed especially after a day of sightseeing. The only recommendation to people visiting would be to bring plenty of mosquito repellant and the repellant candles should wish to enjoy the lovely back garden
