Can't recommend this apartment enough. At check in you are greeted by Diana who is very friendly and will you tips on where to eat, drink and visit during your stay. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and the location couldn't be more perfect. We had thunder and lightning during our stay but it was the perfect place to curl up and relax. Amazing value for money, we will 100% be staying again. I've already recommended to friends as this is THE place to stay in Florence

After booking, I received a message that we would have to go to another location for the keys. However, it turned out that we were met at the apartment to get the keys and we were shown everything in the apartment. This was great! We liked the location very much. It was quiet and yet very close to the river and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was light filled, comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We didn't mind the steep street or the fact that we had to carry our bags up stairs, but it could be an issue for some.

We had a wonderful stay! The apt is exactly as pictured. The staff are super friendly about you dropping your bags until the apt is ready. Very communicative and sweet. They actually made a map of the city with their favorite local restaurants/places to get a cocktail. Very walkable, the Duomo is only a couple minute walk. Wonderful bakery and restaurants right on the street where you’re staying

My friends and I have very much enjoyed staying at Diana's place. The location is superb - very central but not excessively touristy. We found it pretty exciting to stay in a 15th century palazzo, and - most important - to do it comfortably. The place was very spacious, the decor was quirky and interesting and the kitchen was very well equipped; only the bathroom could use some redoing, though it was perfectly adequate. The flat's best feature is the terrace, which boasts a wonderful view and is a perfect spot for breakfast and aperitivo. Last but not least, Diana and her people were great hosts, very responsive and accommodating.

Rita’s flat is spacious and in a great position for sightseeing in Florence being just a few minutes walk from Duomo and Santa Croche. It’s also convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants. The downside is that the flat is accessed via 70+ stairs - but there is a good view over the rooftops once you get there! Also there are few kitchen basics provided, only what other people have left and although there’s a mosquito plug we couldn’t find any tablets. Take your own - they are essential.

Diana was a fantastic communicator, and she provided an amazing amount of local tips and ideas. Her place was sparkling clean, and she provided us with all needed info to utilize utilities in the space. Working with Diana from start to finish was a breeze, and I highly recommend this space!

Diana, Sarah and the whole crew were very welcoming, accommodating and gave us amazing recommendations during our stay in Florence. They were quick to respond to any questions that we had and we are grateful for their hospitality. Grazie!!

Bellissimo nido nel cuore di Firenze , sicuramente consigliato

A great little home base in Firenze Diana, the host, was so welcoming and happy to share her knowledge of the area. She even had her own map of Florence designed to share her recommendations! She was such a pleasure and so very helpful. The location was fantastic, the unit was very comfortable exceptionally styled and had a very cool Italian vibe to it. And the bathroom was great! The air conditioner didn't easily cool the entire loft so if you're a hot sleeper you'll have to crank it and it gets a bit loud! There was dust coming from the wooden ceiling when the upstairs neighbours would walk around, but to be fair this is expected given the architecture of the unit.

Thank you for the early check in and all the wonderful suggestions on places to visit and eat. Our only regret is we had to leave too soon.

Very nice, comfortable and well decorated Apartment in the old town (but in a quite street, with no bars). Everything is 5 minutes walk distance from the apartment. Diana has been very helpful, sharing good recommendations and always responding quickly to all my messages. I recommend this place!

This was one of the top 5 Airbnb places we’ve stayed in, and this is why: we felt like we were in “our” apartment. Sara communicated with us all along, helped us do a self check-in though keesy (perfect for a millennial couple like us), and kept in touch when we had questions. The place was sparkling clean, the high vaulted ceilings were great, and all the amenities were just what we needed. We were even able to wash our clothes and do some light cooking while we were there. It’s literally two minutes away to awesome places to eat and about the same distance to the bus stop, which takes you pretty much anywhere in the city. I have nothing but compliments for this place. Next time we’re in Firenze, we’re definitely staying here

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful terrace, lovely bathroom and shower and plenty of storage space. Right in the middle of Florence, but not as touristy as some piazzas. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, something to consider when booking.

This accommodation is fantastic - I 100% recommend staying here to make your trip to Florence even better! From the outset the hosts were quick to respond and stay in touch. When we had trouble printing our tickets for some galleries, Sara helped us immediately and was so friendly. The location is great - it’s on a quiet street in Santa Croce and in walking distance to all the sites. The original features of the apartment really make it special and the private terrace is a great addition. There are maps and tips in the apartment to help you decide where to go - a nice touch. Thanks for everything!
