Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 2 days before the service. After this threshold, a 100% penalty will be applied. The presence at the heliport is required 30 minutes in advance, so as to have the time necessary for the verification of the documents and for the explanations relating to safety, both on board and outside the helicopter, by the pilot in command.
