The health, safety, and comfort of our guests and our team have always been our main priority. For this reason, in a scenario of a global health crisis, we have raised our standards and put in action a new and rigorous safety and cleaning procedure. 
This protocol will be applied both to the apartments and our office premises, in order to ensure maximum security and prevent any type of infection or spread of the virus. 

We aim to offer a totally safe stay experience, in compliance with the National Protocol for Safe Hospitality and the WHO protocol.

We improved, intensified, and increased the cleaning of all surfaces in our apartments.

Each apartment room, after the departure of the guests, will be aired daily to allow a large change of air. All the surfaces of the room will be cleaned with certified anti-COVID-19 products, SEPTOGARD AP PLUS 

Special attention will be paid on objects that are touched most frequently such as handles, switches, minibar, remote control, telephones, and coat hangers.

All the linen in the room are supplied directly from the industrial laundry in sealed plastic capsules and are washed at 180 ° C which guarantees the removal of bacteria.

The bathrooms are cleaned with certified virucidal products and sanitized with Septogard.

The cleaning of the air conditioning filters, if present,  is done regularly.

All our suppliers ( cleaning and professional laundry) are able to provide the certificate of a technical declaration.

Check-in

Few days before arrival, each guest will receive a special link to access ACACIA app where you can conveniently check-in on-line before reaching the property and fill a guest registration form and contract online.

Some apartments have developed a special procedure for contactless check-in that will be illustrated on arrival or keys can be collected at our office premises in a safety procedure.
