Hidden treasure of an apartment and the team are amazing. Our flight was diverted but i need not have panicked as the hosts had already seen this and planned accordingly to ensure the driver (highly recommended) was aware. As mentioned, this apartment really is a hidden treasure, nestled into the back streets of Florence its like having your own hidden space away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again.

The view from the apartment is everything! We just left and we miss it already! The location is fantastic, the apartment is clean and exact to description. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine at night on the roof! We always felt safe and had everything we needed. Response was quick and helpful! We appreciate Diana’s constant communication and help when requested. When we go back to Florence - we will be coming back here!

The appartment was brandnew and we were the first guests. The location was just perfect. It's really close to the center of florence, in a very hip area. Diana was a really nice host. She gave us tips where to go and what to do. Really recommendable!

Были с семьёй с 03.04.19 по 13.04.19 (пожилые родители, сын-подросток и мы). Идеально подходит и для пожилых людей (ни одной лестницы!), и для компании (у каждой спальни отдельный санузел + запасной!). Прекрасный внутренний дворик с шатром и столом с лавками. Кухонный уголок небольшой, но в Италии на отдыхе готовить - грех!;) В спальнях тихо. Расположена квартира на проезжей улице (центр закрыт для транспорта), до вокзала 10 мин ходьбы, до автобусных остановок - 3 мин, до рынка - 5 мин, супермаркет напротив. До Дуомо - 2 мин. Первый раз в квартире, снятой на Booking'е ничего не хочется улучшить!

I loved staying at Cosmea apartment. It’s perfectly located, there’s everything what you may need and the terrace is amazing indeed. Diana was super warm and welcoming even though we didn’t meet in person. I was looking for an apartment with self check in as we had a very late flight, so Diana send us super detailed instructions with photos, it was so easy to find it and get in. Moreover, she was in touch with us very late on the arrival night to make sure everything went smoothly. That was a perfect stay!!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Asso's Place in April 2019. The apartment was spacious and clean, had great amenities and a perfect, central location in the historic center of Florence. All of the famous sites are within a short walk. We also cannot say enough about Piero's hospitality. He was extremely responsive leading up to our trip, gave great recommendations and was available during our stay if we had any questions or were looking for tips on where to go for an aperitivo, dinner or to see some sights. 100% recommend Asso's Place!

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in on a vacation! Daniella reviewed the area with us and provided recommendations--the paper map of the city with points of interested highlighted was surprisingly useful given wifi connection for GPS was often spotty. The pizza we had at the San Lorenzo market was the best we had while in Italy! There was a little confusion in finding the apartment due to the duplicate building numbers situation in Florence. For the uninitiated, there are "old numbers" no longer in use but still on the buildings and "new numbers" (in blue and white) that are the correct address. Because Google Maps took us to the location of the "old number" there was some delay/back tracking. Not necessarily Acacia's fault, but I imagine it happens frequently, so perhaps a heads up prior to check in with some guidance about this issue would be helpful.

Diana’s house was beyond perfect. The finishings are just dreamy and the house simply made our mini get away. Waking up from a afternoon nap to the sound of violins streaming through the windows is what dreams are made of! This is located in the perfect location, walking distance to anything and everything. Highly highly recommend! Already dying to go back!
