Diana was a great host and a very enjoyable person. She provided great ideas for the area and restaurants. She provides a map with many of her favorite spots marked. The Conrad supermarket close by was very handy along with nearby fresh fruit and vegetable market. The apartment worked very well for us. Our stay was made better by her guidance

Gelsomino became my home for a month and was everything I needed to help me live like a local for a short period of time. The location was great, easy walking for everything but far enough from the city to be away from the crowds. I would certainly recommend it

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour au logement Ciclamino. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre historique (facilement accessible à pied) mais suffisamment à l'écart pour être au calme. Il est proche d'un petit marché, de bars et de restaurants. Le logement est de bonne taille, adapté pour quatre personnes. Il faut seulement prendre en compte le fait qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (comme indiqué dans la description). Nous n'avons pas rencontré Diana mais tous les échanges se sont faits sans difficulté et elle a été compréhensive pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Hard to beat this location in Florence. Everything just steps from the front door

L’appartement de Diana est génial ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Diana qui nous a présenté la ville et ce qu’il fallait visiter. C’est une personne adorable qui est chaleureuse et très disponible. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, l’appartement est parfaitement situé et bien décoré et il dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. En revanche, le voisinage est bruyant en soirée jusqu’à 2h du matin à cause du bar situé sous l’appartement. Prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles :)

Appartamento nuovo, rifinito, pulito e in posizione centralissima. Diana è un'ottima padrona di casa, ospitale, disponibile e pronta a dare suggerimenti. La mappa della città fatta da lei è un piacevole aiuto per muoversi avendo sempre a portata di mano i consigli di chi è del posto. Tornerò volentieri!”

Hidden treasure of an apartment and the team are amazing. Our flight was diverted but i need not have panicked as the hosts had already seen this and planned accordingly to ensure the driver (highly recommended) was aware. As mentioned, this apartment really is a hidden treasure, nestled into the back streets of Florence its like having your own hidden space away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again.

The view from the apartment is everything! We just left and we miss it already! The location is fantastic, the apartment is clean and exact to description. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine at night on the roof! We always felt safe and had everything we needed. Response was quick and helpful! We appreciate Diana’s constant communication and help when requested. When we go back to Florence - we will be coming back here!

The appartment was brandnew and we were the first guests. The location was just perfect. It's really close to the center of florence, in a very hip area. Diana was a really nice host. She gave us tips where to go and what to do. Really recommendable!
