Great location, nice decor. Street noise can be loud, but you get used to it.

Gorgeous and spacious apartment in such a central spot. Diana made our check in smooth and arranged for us to get our keys as soon as we arrived. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators but it's an easy climb upstairs. It is extremely close to the subway and right around the corner from many restaurants, shops and a wondeful market that sells leather purses and food. The place was spotless and the kitchen was functional with everything you need. Wish we stayed here longer.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Florence for the sights. We had no issues traveling around and getting food or finding something to do. The place is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The only issue is it is at the top of the building so you'll have to climb ~11 small flights of stairs, no elevator. That was a bit hard for the older people traveling with us. Highly recommend this place otherwise!

Diana’s place is in a GREAT location and the apartment has all the amenities that you need. Yelena met us a the apartment for a very easy check-in and suggested good places to go. Honestly, you should stay here!

Unforgettable experience. Property is lovely, including an outdoor roof terrace. Bells from Santa Croce added to the charm. Worth a tour!! Thank you Diana for warm welcome and recommendations.

I had high hopes for our stay here, given the location and the pictures, and they were all exceeded. The pictures don't do it justice, this place is spectacular. And being blocks from the duomo is so special. Diana is super helpful and accommodating, and her book of local tips was filled with awesome off-the-grid finds. I can't recommend it enough, STAY HERE if you're coming to Florence!

Awesome spot in a great location. Lots of good local spots within one and two blocks and much less overrun by tourists yet still a very close walk to the bridges into the main center. We recommend L'OV Osteria Vegetariana down the block for great vegetarian food and fantastic ambiance or outdoor seating. Could have stayed here much longer if we had the time.

This apartment was beautiful!!! It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend.

Diana was an excellent and charismatic host, providing information about the city. The location is superb, in the relaxed and convenient Santa Croce neighbourhood. The bed is enormous. The size of the flat is impressive. Little touches like the coffee maker were much appreciated. The apartment is cool during the day, and even if it weren’t the air con would have it covered!

Diana’s place was such a wonderful place to land in the city! Super close to the train station, restaurants, shops, and the sights of Florence :) we loved how quiet it was even though you are right in the city, and the bed was so comfortable! Thank you for having us, and maybe we will be back again someday :)
