Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Melissa, UK: Would definitely recommend this apartment

The apartment was lovely. We thought the decor was great and it felt like am apartment in Florence, Italy. Would definitely recommend this apartment. @abnb

Carolin, Haiti: Overall a lovely experience

The apartment was well located in a quieter neighbourhood on southern side of the river but still walkable distance from the main attractions. Santo Spirito square is close by which is packed in the evenings with locals, families and young people, great atmosphere. There are many great options for restaurants and bars and also a market during the day. The living room was full of sunshine thanks to the large windows. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped with coffee maker, washing machine, hairdryer. The garden patio is lovely in summer, but be aware of the mosquitos buzzing around. Hosts were professional, helpful and responsive. Overall a lovely experience. @abnb

Richard, UK: Diana and her wonderful team, we're so supportive

My wife and I had planned a trip to Florence for two years. We booked an apartment near Santa Maria Novella and despite careful reviews by us - the apartment was a disaster. We cancelled our contract and called Acacia in high hopes of being rescued. Acacia did just that. Our apartment in Santa Croce district was everything we needed. An excellent location but more than that a local vibrancy that carried our trip to higher levels. Acacia, Diana and her wonderful team, we're so supportive with advice of tours and sights we had not thought about. It is very difficult to find the right spot through the Internet but I know that Acacia is the name we will call when next in Italy. Ciao, Diana! @tripad

Carolina, UK: We were made to feel welcome.

We were made to feel welcome. Diana and her team were professional, polite and friendly. The apartment is charming and quirky and in a perfect location. We couldn't have been happier @abnb

Katy, UK: Loving restored and real sense of how their ancestors lived

We visited historic Villa Pepi last June and it's hard to put into words just how wonderful this place is. It has been loving restored by the family with an emphasis on retaining as many of the original features as possible, with the result that you get a real sense of how their ancestors lived. Of course it has modern facilities such as showers and a fully fitted out kitchen, but if you are looking for slickly renovated accommodation this isn't the place for you. The grounds are a joy, adorned with roses and fruit trees, the scent of which you can enjoy whilst lying by the charming swimming pool. We took advantage of the lovely walking routes through the Tuscany landscape. It's a place for those who appreciate history and want a peaceful retreat but I would not recommend it for families with young children or party people as many of the original artefacts are still on display, some of which are quite fragile. We shall certainly be returning to this gorgeous Tuscan retreat.

Adam, USA: Clean, renovated, and Diana was a great host who was always readily available!

Jenna, UK: the location was perfect

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment - the location was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. The studio was as shown in the pictures, small, but very clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here. @abnb

Stine, Sweden: Couldn`t imagine a better location in Firenze

Couldn`t imagine a better location in Firenze. So close to everything and yet quiet and peacefull. The flat is excellent for to persons on a vacation. It was clean, nice and just as described in the pictures. We where met by Francesca who had a lot of very useful recommendations in regards to eating and shopping as well as avoiding the masses and finding the local flavour of town. We will come back and we can ind the neighbourhood recommend: Lorenzo Villoresi a perfume designer of the best who now has a shop a few hundred meters from the flat, Via De Bardi 12. The local supermarket of high class even it is not so big a few hundred meters from the flat. Sitting on the roof terrace enjoying a glas of Spumante with the fantastic view of Firenze and the sound of church bells will be a moment we will remember for good. @abnb

Jonathan, USA: The apartment was very clean and comfortable

Diana was an excellent host! She was very responsive and available for all my travel needs. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had the luxury of air conditioning and was in a nice location near Ponte Vecchio. Overall, I am very grateful that I stayed there in Florence and it felt as though I was staying in a hotel room. I would definitely recommend her and I will try to stay at one of Diana's locations again when I come back to Florence! @abnb

Angelene, UK: We felt really at home

We felt really at home as soon as we arrived, everyone was really helpful and was available emediatly at a phone call when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Great location and brilliant tips on local gems!! @abnb

Judy, USA: It was wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience. It was the 2nd leg of our honeymoon and we were welcomed with champagne! It was wonderful. @abnb

Mark, UK: f you can deal with this then it's a great place.

Diana is an excellent property manager. Her family has lived in this house for 500 years! Wow! It is a 2 min walk to the San Croce Church which is where Michangelo and Galileo are buried. We had a great time here on our 4 days in Florence. There are just a couple things to mind. There are 61 steps up to the apt--no elevator. There is no air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open which let mosquitos in cause there are no screens. They have fans available. If you can deal with this then it's a great place. @abnb

Miguel, Spain: Diana and her team (Francesca and Melania) are great professionals

Acacia took care of our stay in Florence and we visited their office at least four times. Diana and her team (Francesca and Melania) are great professionals and can cater to your needs while in Florence -from a tuk-tuk ride to a wine tasting, in or around the city. Recommended. @google

Bo, China: many thanks

超级好的房子,离河边很近,露台厨房都很美,还有办公室在同一层,非常方便” @abnb
