The beating art of the Florentine ‘rive gauche’ has a very relaxed atmosphere with a creative ‘bohémien’ environment

What a treat

Kate / May, 2019

What a treat it was to stay here, booked with only a few hours' notice and far exceeding our expectations... The place is spacious and stylish with a beautiful little sun trap perfect for al fresco dining... After Diana 's welcoming and slick responses to our request, Amerigo came and met us within 5 minutes of our arrival into Florence after a long (long...) drive with keys, instructions and a warm welcome. Checkout was easy and Diana was on hand to answer any questions we had during our stay... We will definitely be back! Thank you! Kate and family x

The location was spectacular - we were close to everything

Barbara, Canada / Jul, 2018

Diana's assistant met me upon arrival. Her energy and knowledge of the area was great and she made my family and I feel so welcomed. She took the time to explain details including showing us on a map where we were, and pointing out hot spots to check out - as first timers in Florence, this was a huge help and undoubtedly saved us time. Diana has gone over and above in ensuring her guests have everything as soon as they step into the apartment - from a binder full of very useful information about local restaurants, shops etc. to all kitchen amenities you could want, to ensuring there is coffee for you - her attention to detail was amazing. The apartment was clean and the location was spectacular - we were close to everything (I would say within 10 minutes for most things, 5 minutes for fantastic restaurants and local shops), but we weren't in the heart of the tourist district so it was quiet at nights and not overcrowded on the street in the day. The patio was perfect for sipping wine during downtime. I highly recommend staying here and should I return to Florence in the future, will stay here again without hesitation. @airbnb

Very knowledgeable about the area which by the way was fantastic

Ged, UK / Jun, 2018

Diana and her team were great. They responded to any queries promptly and were very knowledgeable about the area which by the way was fantastic. I really enjoyed my time in Florence and will be sure to visit again in the future and will without doubt be using their services again. Thank you. @airbnb

So many good food choices

Niky, USA / Apr, 2018

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful, cute apartment with the greatest kitchen. Loved the location, far enough from all the touristy places but close enough to still walk to all the places. So many good food choices right in the neighbourhood. Very happy with my stay.

Florence can be a nightmare if you arrive by car

Andrew, France / Nov, 2017

Diana was very helpful and made lots of suggestions. One was about our car and how it would be wise to book it into a nearby car park. Florence can be a nightmare if you arrive by car so getting the car safely dealt with on arrival helped a lot. We were very happy with the apartment and liked the feel of the place. Ours was a November stay so we didn't use the terrace but we appreciated even so as a huge window allows you to look out onto it when you are inside. We are regular visitors to Florence but this was the first stay in this district. It suited us perfectly as we liked the mix of cafés, workshops, small food stores, antique shops etc. It's away from the popular tourist haunts which is an advantage. It feels real. We can recommend this apartment unreservedly.

Santo Spirito was the perfect place to stay in Florence

Kim, Australia / Oct, 2017

We loved this apartment. Santo Spirito was the perfect place to stay in Florence. Heaps of amazing restaurants and shops close by and walking distance to everywhere else. Not too touristy so the restaurants were authentic without being overpriced. The Acacia team were always available to help. Highly recommend. @abnb
