The historical Villa Pepi was built by the Pepi Family at the beginning of the 17th Century.

The house sits high on a hill in the rural Arno Valley and, although it is only 24 km (15 miles) from Florence’s historical centre it enjoys commanding views over the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

The villa is arranged over three floors accommodates up to 12 people in great charm and comfort.

Ground floor:
Entrance room, sitting room, dining room, studio library, laundry room, large kitchen, dispensary & ironing room, guest bathroom.

First floor:
Main entrance room, 1 double four-poster bedroom with en-suite bathroom with small bathtub, 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, 1 wardrobe room, 1 studio sitting-room, 1 tea room.

Second floor:
2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 queen size bedroom, TV – DVD player room,
1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet, 1 bathroom with small bathtub.

Garden:
The well maintained, mature, gardens overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills, offer an oasis of peace and tranquility.

There’s a dining area and sun terrace, large swimming pool, hammocks for those who prefer the shade, an enchanting orchard and vegetable garden.
