Booking

Check availability and prices through our reception online and book directly. No advance payment or credit card is required. We trust our clients!!

Contact us at info@acaciafirenze.com for special request, rates and availability. Please indicate the apartment you would prefer and, if it is unavailable, we will be happy to suggest alternatives.

For some apartments or  longer stay to confirm and hold a reservation, can be required

* Advance payment 15% on total amount.(not reimbursable)

Payment may be made by paypal/credit card or through a bank transfer (only from Europe)

The balance of the total amount is paid in cash (Euros) in most cases because the apartment owners are not likely to accept credit cards.

Cancellation policy

From the date of reservation to 30 days prior arrival: no fee

From 29 to 16 days prior arrival: 30% of total amount

From 15 days before the Check In Date to 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.

 

Check in / Check out

Check-in hours are every day from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. Surcharge euro 20,00 for arrival after 7 pm

Check-out is by 10.30 a.m.

Please Note: As we do not have a 24-hour reception, it is important that you inform us of your exact arrival time. Please e-mail us a few days before your arrival to arrange a check-in appointment. If your arrival plans are flexible or have changed at the last minute, please give us ongoing updates – either by e-mail (info@acaciafirenze.com), telephone or text message (tel. 39 339 1933245) – maybe when you’ve landed at the airport or when your train has arrived at the train station. This enables us to meet your party at the main door of your apartment, so we can get you comfortably settled in.

Airport transfer

If you’d like to avoid any problems, and make your arrival easier, we can offer private transfer to/from Florence airport in a comfortable 6 seater Van. Our chauffeur can meet you at the airport or at your apartment at the time you request.  Fee €35

 

Concierge

Our apartments are “self-catering”, and we do not have on-site reception or concierge services. However, we are never far away if you need something during your stay. We are also happy to provide you with our recommendations for everything, from restaurants and museums, to tour guides and day trips. Please just ask!

Housekeeping

As “self-catering” apartments, daily cleaning and linen changes are not included. However, should you require a cleaning service during your stay, we can recommend a trust-worthy housekeeper. €10 per hour.
