This apartment has a spacious living area with sophisticated  modern furniture, comfortable sofa, a large bookcase, cable TV, dvd player, stereo bathed in light from the large windows facing the quiet local street.

The white  double bedroom has a double bed (160×180) with a wide wardrobe and a canvas by a young international artist, Matteo Giuntini: a “must have” in all european and modern houses!

The  kitchen, connected to the living room as large windows. It’s  fully equipped and  has a dining table suitable for four.

The design bathroom, with shower, complete the apartment.

The warm tones of white, beige and orange and all fine details, give an immediate sense of warmth.

For a better comfort of our guests,  Verbena is a no smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is fitted with wooden flooring and air conditioning.
